Welcome to my website.
The purpose of my site is to detail the three areas in which my major interests outside
work lie -
I have split the site into these three areas which can be accessed by the links in the horizontal navigation bar at the top.

Photography is an activity that I became interested in after travelling around the world in the 90’s and was disappointed with the results of my efforts. Since then I have take some courses to improve my understanding of shooting photos. I don’t consider myself an amateur photographer but mainly combine my work with climbing.
Travel has been an essential part of my life outside work and I have been very fortunate to have visited a lot of wonderful places including a world trip in 1996, where I originally became interested in climbing in New Zealand.

The Climbing site details the climbs (rock, ice and alpine) that I have been undertaking since I started climbing in 1996. These are organised into individual climbs and include information on the areas that others may find useful when planning to visit & climb such areas.
I know that the information on the Internet provided by others proved invaluable during my research of these areas, so I hope by contributing these details I am giving something back. There is a gallery of photographs organised by Country, area and date of climb. Short videos are available where I have been able to take them.
